Imran Poladi

Imran Poladi is vice president of NextHome Inc. He oversees training and business development for the broker/owners of more than 500 franchised offices nationwide.

Before working in a corporate capacity, Imran was an accomplished REALTOR®, participating in the sale of nearly 1,100 homes. Imran has served as the chairman of the Stockton Council (a division of the Central Valley Association of REALTORS® – CVAR), and as the CVAR board president.His achievements include being honored as REALTOR® of the Year in the Central Valley, receiving the California Association of REALTORS® President’s Award, and being selected by Inman Real Estate News as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in the United States.” In 2018, he was named one of the Seven Most Interesting People in Real Estate. (We still find him this way.)

As a noted speaker and trainer with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, Imran has taught tens of thousands of real estate professionals around the world. He has spoken for various real estate companies and at top industry events, including the annual Inman Connect Conference and the National Association of REALTORS® Conference & Expo.

Imran was born in Stockton, California. He’s passionate about all sports, particularly basketball, and he’s a season ticket holder for the Sacramento Kings.
